We're Taking Extra Steps to Keep Our Employees & You Safe

Sunbridge Solar takes the health and safety of our staff, customers, and all Americans very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 evolves, Sunbridge is closely monitoring the response by healthcare and government officials to gauge current conditions and act accordingly.

In addition to focusing intensely on the guidance of national and international health officials, we are closely tracking actions by other industries and leaders in our industry. We are doing this to ensure we are both protecting people and offering the best products and services that the industry has to offer.

Continue To Receive 1st Class Service

Sunbridge remains committed to installing solar in the Pacific NorthWest as long as it is deemed safe for our employees and customers alike. We have detailed plans in place for how to organize and monitor our crews. Staff and will continue to offer the first-class service our past customers have come to expect.

Taking the Extra Steps

Due to health concerns and in the event of any government or office closures, most of our staff are working remotely, and much of our traditional in-person advocacy work will take place using phones, social media, emails, and video meetings. If our employees come to a home, we are doing our best to stay at a distance to reduce the remote chance of exposure.

  1. We are supplying hand sanitizer to all our workers.

  2. We have spray bottles to sanitize tools.

  3. We are under strict orders to maintain 6 feet of separation.

  4. We will have porta potties on site to eliminate sanitary concerns for homeowners.

  5. We have limited the size of our crew to 4 people, to maximize the ease of social distancing.

What If I Have A Monitoring Issue?

At this time, due to COVID-19 concerns, we ask that if you are experiencing any monitoring issues (not system issues) to please wait on requesting someone to fix it until more information is available on a timeline for COVID-19 related closures and slow-downs.
