License Oregon Journeyman Electrician

Job Description
We are looking to add a Journeyman Electrician to our team. We are a locally owned business specializing in solar photovoltaic design and installation. Last year our crew installed over 120 systems, 1200 kW. Our work is approximately 70% residential and 30% commercial.
Job Duties
The successful candidate will be responsible for wiring inverters, running conduit, interconnecting solar electric systems to the grid. We also have general electric work that includes EV charger installation, home battery systems, electrical panel upgrades, and generator installs.
Skills and Education
You must be a licensed journeyman electrician in Oregon. A license in Washington or working towards one is desired as well.
Applicant must be comfortable working on roofs and in attics.
Concern for safety and quality of work is a must.
Applicant should have leadership qualities for training apprentices but equally important is the ability to listen and be part of a team
Most importantly, we are looking for a new team member who is passionate and excited to learn and be part of the solar industry.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent customer interaction and professional appearance.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 60 lbs.
Ability to work on roofs often in difficult weather
Compensation
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35 and up (depending on experience)
